A. Yes, hydraulic and mechanical installation tools are rented on a daily basis. Rental rates apply only to days of actual usage.

A. Yes, usually on the same day as requested.

A. Yes, upon request.

Q. Do you provide service to install your protectors?
A. No. Service companies that install control lines or ESP cables are qualified to properly install Cannon protectors and clamps. Cannon Services offers a half-day, in-house installation and removal procedures training seminar at no charge.

Q. Do you provide repair service for installation tools?
A. Yes, installation tools can be sent in for a visual inspection, minor repairs, major repairs or a complete rebuild.

Q. How long will it take to repair the installation tools?
A. Servicing an installation tool kit depends on the condition of the equipment, usually one to two weeks.

Q. Can you provide control line, encapsulation, and etc. type of equipment?
A. Yes, there are occasions when we are requested to provide clamps and protectors for a specialized completion. We can provide an integrated package including encapsulating special bundles, heavy metal reels and customized packaging, although we prefer to refer the buyer directly to the cable, control line or encapsulation company.

Q. Can you provide immediate deliveries?
A. Yes, for most common size protectors and clamps, 1-2 day delivery can be made.

Q. Can I speak with a company representative on the weekend?
A. Yes, a company representative is available 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

Q. Can I get a quote and drawings today?
A. Quotes and drawings for standard clamps and protectors are usually provided the same day as received.

Q. Do you refurbish Cannon protectors that have been run in the well?
A. Yes.

Q. Do you provide protectors in 316 Stainless Steel material?
A. Yes. We can provide protectors and clamps in most any material that is available in sheet stock such as 316L SS, 410 SS, and nickel alloys.
